Visual Shop and Bluestreak are probably the most widely used in the heat treat industry (and the only two that are members in the industry organizations).
For finishers, Visual Shop and Beyond Relations are probably the most widely used in the larger shops, not really sure about the smaller shops. Many used QuickBooks.
VCC has been globally deployed across 30+ locations for 3-4 years.
VCCMax is now live at 5 locations with 10-11 locations planned live by year end. Note – VCC Max replaces VCC.
